Compliance With The Law is Mandatory Not Discretionary...
An Organization that focuses on keeping professionals in Compliance with California Real Estate Laws and Regulations,
Employment Laws, and Civil Rights Codes that are Mandatory in California.

What We Do...
Our Firm is in Southern California and specializes in consulting and training services for Real Estate Brokers, Agents, Landlords, Leasing Agents, and Real Property investors. We provide live online legal seminars, Zoom meetings, corporate training, and webinars for professionals who are required to stay in compliance with the ever-changing real estate laws. This will help avoid government interference and unnecessary penalties for noncompliance with Federeral and California Codes, Statutes, Rules, and Regulatiions that are constantly being enacted, proposed, amended or revised.
Our subscribers will have access to webinars, podcasts, and recorded Zoom meetings, designed for all organizations, whether public or private, for profit or non-profit.
Preventative measures will help businesses avoid unnecessary litigation or penalties issued by government agencies.
Brokers with employees are also required to follow California employment laws, and Real Estate Agents should be trained in Civil Rights laws that involve selling, purchasing, leasing or renting to clients who have low credit scores and criminal backgrounds.
"REAL PROPERTY LAWS" IS NOT A LAW FIRM. NO SPECIFIC LEGAL ADVICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS OR BUSINESSES.
Dr. Gralnick is a Corporate Trainer and Educator and only provides updated legal information and training for organizations that need to stay current and in legal compliance with the State of California. She has a Juris Doctorate Degree, a California Real Estate License (DRE-02025802), and has taught Employment Law and Human Resource Management at several universities for over twenty years. Preventative training will help organizations avoid unnecessary litigation or penalties issued by government agencies.
All those in business whether they have formed an LLC, S-Corporation, Partnership, or Sole Proprietorship should NOT have to pay unnecessary penalties, or be involved in legal matters, due to a LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. Training sessions will also be provided in the areas of Business Ethics and Social Responsibility.
