The information provided is designed to help landlords, investors and other property owners stay in compliance with real estate moratoriums, ordinances, required maintenance, and a multitude of other mandates pertaining to landlord/tenant rentals and leases. These webinars, seminars, podcasts, and Zoom meetings specialize in keeping landlords and real property owners and investors in compliance so that their relationships, whether it be residential or commerical are legally on the right track.
Professional Qualifications
Dr. Gralnick has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from U.C.L.A. (B.A.), a Master's Degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.), from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), from Ventura College of Law.
Other Services
We will provide training and workshops that focus on Business Ethics, Human Resource Management Team Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. Employee Handbooks can be developed that are custom designed for your special needs within your organization.
Off-site Zoom training and meetings are also available for brokers, agents, and employees within your firm. Special Podcasts will also be developed with highly professional ethird-party companies that specialize in real estate issues and compliance, with subjects focusing on landlord/tenant issues, compliance with residential sales, or compliance selling or purchasing commerical properties.
In addition we stay current with e-books and workbooks used as part of our training. All materials used in training are included with onsite corporate classes or online workshops.
Dr. Gralnick has been a Corporate Trainer for years and has developed comprehensive programs for the real estate industry.
