Our Focus
The information provided is designed to help landlords, investors and other property owners stay in compliance with real estate moratoriums, ordinances, required maintenance, and a multitude of other mandates pertaining to landlord/tenant rentals and leases. These webinars, seminars, podcasts, and Zoom meetings specialize in keeping landlords and real property owners and investors in compliance so that their relationships, whether it be residential or commerical are legally on the right track.
Professional Qualifications
Dr. Gralnick has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from U.C.L.A. (B.A.), a Master's Degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.), from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), from Ventura College of Law.
Other Services
We will provide training and workshops that focus on Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, Team Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. Employee Handbooks can be developed that are custom designed for special needs within an organization, if requested.
Specialized Podcasts will also be developed for organizations that specialize in real estate. Focus will include landlord/tenant issues and compliance with residential and commercial sales, purchasing, or leasing of properties.
E-books will be available as part of training. All materials used in training are included with the online workshops and are not charged to our Members who are Subscribers.
