Dr. Gralnick is a Corporate Trainer and Educator and only provides general legal information needed by all organizations that are mandated to stay in legal compliance, as per the State of California. When California implements and codifies new or revised laws, these new California Codes must be enforced by all organizations doing business, since compliance is mandatory, not discretionary. Without taking preventative measures, businesses are leaving themselves wide-open to unnecessary litigation or penalties issued by government agencies.

All those in business whether they have formed an LLC, S-Corporation, Partnership, or Sole Proprietorship should NOT have to pay unnecessary penalties, or be involved in legal matters, due to a LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. Business Ethics and Social Responsibility for all businesses will also be offered.
